Naan - Indian flat bread
1 ¾ c. yogurt
3 ¾ c. flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
Combine dry ingredients. Add yogurt, knead.
Place in bowl, cover with damp cloth and warm for 1 ½ hrs.
Divide into 9 to 10 parts. Roll out.
Cook in ungreased pan then put under broiler until puffed.
